An absolutely amazing experience with a talented and passionate individual. Monique Kennedy is a gift! She is very well educated in anatomy and massage therapy and was able to tackle every single trigger point in my body in our 60-minute session. I've been experiencing chronic back pain for about a year now. I received a massage about 2 months ago from a massage chain and still left feeling very stiff. I went to Kate yesterday and it was the most amazing experience I could've asked for. I immediately felt so much relief and for the first time in months I was able to sleep without waking up from pain. She absolutely made the most out of the hour long massage and focused on the areas I requested. The massage felt catered to me and my needs rather than following a general formula. She got knots out of my back that have prevented me from sitting up straight, sleeping well, and performing well in my field of work....read full review
