Today the young lady receptionist answered a prayer, and I appreciate her so much and I am proud to give the first review of this location.The other lady could use a little refresher on compassion who has worked there longer.I will absolutely be a repeat customer, I know my dog will be taken care of as if she were the vets own! (Who I also saw and she has very kind eyes )Highly recommend for your wellness needs!
These folks have been incredibly kind and professional - really going above and beyond with our sick little dog over the past 2 weeks. Huge thanks to this institution and the staff for helping us!
I have been going here with my dogs since I was 8 years old. As an adult, I continued my dogs care here with no issues, however, also nothing that stood out as exemplary. However, recently Dr. Chen has joined the practice and she is amazing! I have brought my animals to her for anything they need. She is easy to talk to, knowledgeable (but willing to admit when she doesn't know something and do the research to get the correct answer).
