I am a builder and I have experience with many flooring companies in the area. I have used flooring direct for the last three years and with monthly flooring installs in our homes I would say they are the best in service and install. They also have an extensive showroom for any price point. I trust them with my business because they have great employee retention over the years. I don’t have to worry having a new installer or contact. It’s a great family of employees!!

My husband and I contracted with Flooring Direct for our home remodel in May of 2020 as they advertised they could be a one-stop shop and we liked the idea of having 1 vendor to oversee our entire remodel. After putting down the deposit for the job, there were weeks if not months where no one came to the house to do any work. This worried us and after expressing our concern, we were told they would have a 2-man team on the job until completion. The project was supposed to be completed by mid-November as we were slated to move in that month.
