Travis was lightning quick with his quote, presented at least two scheduling options, kept me informed of his intentions by text, showed up exactly on time and even though he had a minor equipment malfunction, he obtained a needed pump coupling and finished the project the same afternoon in a most satisfactory fashion. As a matter of fact, our recliner, area rug and sofa look as good as the day they were purchased. Five Stars!

Travis was responsive via text and email. He was on time and professional. The Upholstery cleaning is very good quality and the price is right.
