“Rosa was very pleasant, very helpful in all of our questions and took the time with my mom and I . I had a picture of the haircut I wanted her to do. I highly recommend the staff and her. I would go back with her and my mom. I really appreciate the time she spent with us . We each got it colored, hair shampoo and conditioner. I really liked me the fact that she asked before she did anything. For instance do you want the hairspray, curls in hair, you can't find a better staff than them . I got $5.00 off for a referral.

“Excellent service from the phone call to the payment. I am not sure why there are so many poor reviews here. Be sure to check out their google reviews as there are many more reviews and they are much more favorable. We called at 10am on a Friday and made an appointment for 4 at 11:30. when we arrived they had our chairs ready for us with the water already in the foot tubs. our pedicures were wonderful followed by great manicures as well. My wife and I have been coming here during our yearly October vacation for several years now and it has always been great but, today was the best experience yet.“
