Phenomenal small town gym that's open 24/7. Super clean! Has everything one could need and even a few things you don't! If you went there before, you need to comeback and see how much they added. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. My thank you to the manager for giving Canton a great gym.As they say at Urban, "lift local!"

I love this gym, the atmosphere is really good. The staff is very welcoming and approachable. If a machine is down, it's not down for very long; it gets fixed immediately. They have a variety of equipment to use, has a old school weight lifting vibe to it but with nice people! I highly recommend it. Also has tanning beds and body scanner and 24/7.

The gym is absolutely amazing, I moved from California and relocated here in Waynesville a couple of months ago and I was in search of a new gym and I haven't say this gym is amazing, they offer 24/7 access to all members, honour military, DOD staff employees, law enforcement, firefighters/fire rescue etc. The gym offers discounts for all membership sign ups as well as discount on products, they even have tanning services as well!! I absolutely love it here.
