275 Smokey Park Hwy Ste 225, Asheville“I have been going to Benchmark in West Asheville for over a year and a half now—first, with Tyler and then Kelly—for several issues that needed physical therapy. I cannot say enough about the enthusiasm, professionalism, and personal attention provided by these therapists. I started going there for serious neck problem—which was addressed and alleviated, and then later for rehabilitation after knee replacement. In between was some general neck and shoulder pain relief, including dry needling. I have been treated personally and professionally throughout, and truly look forward to my visits. Kelly could not be more engaged with her patients—she has a marvelous touch, literally and figuratively, with every single person. I cannot recommend her highly enough!“

Her toolbox of offerings spans several specialties from traditional body work to the Neubie. Frequently, she addresses muscle tension that can lead to neck pain and headaches for me if left unaddressed. I am thankful for the PT she provides.“

“As a competitive handball player, I've gotten to know a lot of orthopedic surgeons over the years. These guys are top notch. Drs. Jansen and Hedrick have done great things for me. Their office staff is on top of everything. Calls, follow up, scheduling, without fail. Just getting over my last surgical repair, they fully understand what I'm going through and have made excellent recommendations. As long as I'm still on the handball court, I'll keep them on speed-dial!“
