My wife and I have been looking for our dream house here in the mountains of western NC. We thought we found it and our realtor suggested we hire Economy Services (ESI) to do the inspection. While we thought there were just 2 minor issues with the house, Wilson uncovered a multitude of issues which would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars to fix. Thankfully, we backed out of our contract on that house and found another dream house. Did we find another, you bet! Did Wilson uncover some issues? You bet! He is completely honest in sharing the issues and making recommendations on how to best proceed with getting these issues fixed. We are planning on doing an inspection of our new house every five years to stay on top of maintenance issues before they become major and will definitely hire ESI again and again.

After a bad experience with a pest control company trying to rope me in to an expensive initial treatment, followed by a year long contract, I was thrilled to find ESI. I needed someone to come to our house, identify what we had, and treat if necessary. Marshall arrived on time, took his time looking over everything and thoroughly explained what we had and what we may need to look out for. He did not try to sell me treatments I did not need, and was professional and friendly the entire time. I will be calling them the next time I have concerns or need some help with pests.Service: General pest inspection

Very affordable, and timely. I called and was able to have someone at my house within a couple of hours. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We will definitely be using these guys for years to come. Completely satisfied and bug free!
