I don't review often, in fact can't remember the last time I felt the need to comment on a business, however, Sawyers and Sons well and pump, specifically Hieth Sawyers, went above and beyond to fix my water problem. It was September 4, labor day, and my daughter and grandson called to tell me there was no water in our house. Wife and I were visiting her mother in Texas so I felt helpless and concerned. I called around to no avail when my phone rang, it was Heith Sawyers. We chatted for a bit and I told him where I was and needed help. After an incredibly negative experience with a local plumbing company we did some digging and found out Sawyers had originally put our well system in when our house was built. I called them to tell them the issues we were having, my negative experience with the plumbing company, and the sweet lady on the other end of the phone guaranteed me that they were going to get to the bottom of our issues and make things right. While waiting to hear back, we found out that the plumbing company had disconnected the switch to our pressure tank leaving us with NO water, and the man that disconnected it refused to come back out to fix it, saying our pressure tank was at a dangerous... read full review
