After an incredibly negative experience with a local plumbing company we did some digging and found out Sawyers had originally put our well system in when our house was built. I called them to tell them the issues we were having, my negative experience with the plumbing company, and the sweet lady on the other end of the phone guaranteed me that they were going to get to the bottom of our issues and make things right. While waiting to hear back, we found out that the plumbing company had disconnected the switch to our pressure tank leaving us with NO water, and the man that disconnected it refused to come back out to fix it, saying our pressure tank was at a dangerous level and it could explode. This was clearly unnerving for us but at the same time seemed a bit aggressive and turned out to be an ugly and dishonest tactic to try and earn our business. I called Sawyers and Son back (in a panic) and even though their workday was over, one of the employees volunteered to come out to turn it back on and investigate the cause of our issue. Turns out it was a very simple and inexpensive fix. I couldn’t be happier with the integrity, promptness, and kindness we received from them today! Thank you for turning an awful experience into such a pleasant one!
I have used Sawyers for years for both personal and business jobs. I wouldn't call anyone else.
