“Very pleasant first-time visit to UNC specialty care (Sanford). The reception and doctoral staff went above, and beyond to make sure that our concerns were addressed with informative answers & we left our visit feeling assured in our medical decisions. The environment was well taken care of and I would be likely to recommend this location to family and friends!My one, and only complaint, (which was possibly out of their control) was the time in which we needed to wait to be seen for an appointment. In specialty care, this is often the case if the concern is not life-threatening, but we did have to wait 2 1/2 months for an appointment slot. So — if you need is time-sensitive, I’d recommend to speak with their scheduling team as soon as possible!“
“Needed Clinic staff are wonderful! Kind, efficient and helpful only begin to describe them! Also, Lori at the drive thru tent is awesome! She took blood for my labs in freezing weather AND rain with no complaints.“

“The VA in Sanford is legit. Recently retired (20 years ABN Infantry ? out of Fort Bragg, best job I ever had, #111 jumps into 4 continents) I had my very first visit and the staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. They fixed my hearing aids on the spot and ordered me spare parts, immediately gave me needed immunizations, coordinated meds be delivered to my home, got me in touch with dental, I met my new PCM he's super professional and it's awesome how I can talk freely in laymans terms and the PCM understands my symptoms without using medical lingo, and much more in a matter of a couple hours. I had nice conversations with the vets in the waiting room. I highly recommend this VA and give it a strong 5 star rating.“

“Excellent! My 8 year old son came here to get some dental work done and made the process for him so comfortable! From the moment we checked in he received a puppy beany baby that he was over the moon about because he loves dogs. Then when they checked us into the room he received even more goodies. Everyone that saw him was super attentive and answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I worked with Dr. Vicheli (sp?). Buddy a dog came to visit and it was great! While I was waiting, there's a cafeteria they let me go to, which was convenient as It was lunch time. When my son got out, they gave him a popsicle and wheeled him outside while I pulled my car up to the front. Altogether my experience was excellent. Personal treatment, quality care, and very good customer service!“

“I receive good medical care here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy and its staff are always quick to take care of my medications. The nurses are phenomenal and kind!! The doctors are caring and take the time to address my concerns. The lab has hours that meet my needs. This medical office is able to handle the all of my basic care with the exception of radiology. I highly recommend this medical office.“
