“Checking My Overall Health. I had great Service, The Nurse /PA were very thorough during the process. PA answered all My questions. I was seen within 15 minutes after check in. I have seen some of the reviews in regard to wait time for Medicine. I had my Medication in less than 30 minutes as compared to other Clinics which could be an hour or so, depending on how Many ahead of Me. great Customer Service and Polite. Hate that the PA , that saw Me is leaving. She was awesome. Very satisfied indeed and Thanks. Out of 10 being the highest , would give it an 11/11.“

“Very pleasant first-time visit to UNC specialty care (Sanford). The reception and doctoral staff went above, and beyond to make sure that our concerns were addressed with informative answers & we left our visit feeling assured in our medical decisions. The environment was well taken care of and I would be likely to recommend this location to family and friends!My one, and only complaint, (which was possibly out of their control) was the time in which we needed to wait to be seen for an appointment. In specialty care, this is often the case if the concern is not life-threatening, but we did have to wait 2 1/2 months for an appointment slot. So — if you need is time-sensitive, I’d recommend to speak with their scheduling team as soon as possible!“

“The VA in Sanford is legit. Recently retired (20 years ABN Infantry ? out of Fort Bragg, best job I ever had, #111 jumps into 4 continents) I had my very first visit and the staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. They fixed my hearing aids on the spot and ordered me spare parts, immediately gave me needed immunizations, coordinated meds be delivered to my home, got me in touch with dental, I met my new PCM he's super professional and it's awesome how I can talk freely in laymans terms and the PCM understands my symptoms without using medical lingo, and much more in a matter of a couple hours. I had nice conversations with the vets in the waiting room. I highly recommend this VA and give it a strong 5 star rating.“
