Horrible. Absolutely horrible, the only good thing about that place was the lady at the front desk. I have been going here for a 5 months and never had a problem with Dr. G.I went in for my usual prescription refill and was hit by you need an appointment, okay made my appointment for a week later. Went today sat for 30/45 minutes to be seen by the Dr. 2 people came in mind you this was just for my script refill. Never even met the new Dr who I believe was Marvin Lewis. Waited all day since 9 am for him to call my script in. Needless to say it never happened and there is no way to get ahold of anyone at the office. I don't know how this place can still practice anything medical! I was seen there one time and was given a medication that caused me to have to go to the emergency room, and while at the hospital I found out that the medication cause Acute Kidney injury and lost half of my kidney function. I was instructed by emergency doctor to stop med and have blood work repeated in 1 week. I made an appointment at the benhaven office for that repeat blood work and they keep rescheduling me. This place shouldn't have a license to practice medicine!

If I could leave zero stars I would . The staff is horrible . Have nasty attitudes . Don’t send your scripts . Hang up while you’re talking . The list just goes on and on . My doctor was fantastic but everybody else in the office is unprofessional and rude .
