Best prices, extensive vegetable seedling selection, hands down best prices for bulk vegetable seeds. Wade is a wealth of knowledge and by the way he tells pretty darn good story too! Wade also it's very willing to order direct from distributors for people that want larger quantities of supplies and he gives excellent discounts. The turnaround time competes with Amazon if you know his schedule. The more important difference is you are contributing to the community and not extending the Big box model when you shop at Troy's. A fixture in the Burnsville small business community. Great place for fresh produce, plants, seeds, and other gardening necessities. Fair prices are why the Mccurry family have been in business for over 60 years. The owner, Wade Mccurry is very knowledgeable about farming and gardening in the mountains.

By far, Troy's has the most extensive inventory of garden plants I've ever seen...ex: 60+ varieties of tomato plants alone! Top notch advice and willingness to help,low prices and a good old fashioned, locally owned, General store type atmosphere-make this THE "go-to" place for gardening needs.*
