Got a quote from this company for a bottom stair repair, and thought that the repair price was a little high. So I took it upon myself to contact them and ask for some more details. The phone rang forever and then I was finally greeted with a lazy "hello". I had to ask and confirmed that I was calling the correct company since I was greeted so poorly. I then asked the gentleman on the other end of the phone if he was familiar with estimate number and he said "nope". He did not look for any information nor want to talk to me. Alex and his crew removed an old deck and replaced it with a new one. He was a pleasure to work with, gave us a good price and finished on time with no cost overruns. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.
