Never calls back. Fixed my system once which took months to get to them come out. Rebedded my sulphur tank and supposed to have fixed the motor on my well pump. Now three months later- I call and leave messages with some lady or a voicemail. Actually got Virgil once. Been trying for a month- oh yeah sure you’re on my list for today.. nothing. Very ticked off and disappointed. I thought this business was reliable. It isn’t and I have to find someone else to fix their mess. You no longer have my business and I will ensure my friends know not to call you.

Up until today, this has been the best fuel oil delivery company in the county. They have delivered to me when my road was so muddy and slippery they had to bring the fuel up in small tanks and 4X4 pick ups. Today I went in and got some smart aleck remarks at the front counter about "we don't do that here". Getting ready to call and see how it goes, I suspect they will get my oil here tonight so we won't freeze. If not, I will re post and lower my rating substantially.
