I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Wright when he cleaned and shampooed the interior carpets of my car. I called him the day before asking if he had availability (I had a very limited time window), and he immediately fit me into his schedule knowing that I was on a tight deadline since I was leaving town soon. The next morning, he completed the shampooing service in a very short time, so I was able to make my next appointment later in the day. I reached out to Taurus need of help with my move out carpet cleaning, he responded in a timely manner with exceptional customer service. He came out and viewed the house and gave me a very reasonable rate. He kept amazing communication throughout the entire process. Work was exceptional carpets looked brand new… FYI I HAVE KIDSPrior to my first posted I stated that he did an exceptional job until I actually got back to the house and check it first hand and noticed to large blue stains on the carpet in one of the rooms.
