The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate, and they truly showed up for us when we needed it most. We never felt rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. They took their time, listened carefully, and treated our dog with such genuine care and concern. It was clear they truly wanted to help and made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable.
Just... awesome. New to the area, needed a new vet. There was some disgruntled old dude throwing a bit of a fit because he came in several hours early for his appointment and couldn't be seen. Mind you, there was an animal emergency happening in the back, yet they handled his churlish attitude with class and patience. Then they started the exam and history on my dog Jyn. She had never been so nervous at a new vet before, but everyone involved was incredibly nice and by the end of the visit Jyn was happy and comfortable. Such an understanding and caring environment. The best veterinary hospital i have ever experienced. I don’t even know how to put in to words how incredible this practice is. From the moment we walked through the door the staff here had nothing but the utmost compassion and concern for the health of our dog. The reception staff, the nurses, and particularly Dr.Mills displayed an enormous amount of care. Our dog was treated for an emergency infection and fever at another facility the week prior and though she was improving all week suddenly took a turn for the worse and she needed emergency surgery, and fast.
