For two different washer repairs, October 2023 and July 2024, T&C did an excellent job. I made the appointment online, it was confirmed by email and text, and the day of the service, a reminder text was received early that day. The repairman showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, gave me a quote including the part information and I approved. Within days, the office staff called me to let me know the part was in, and asking for when we could schedule the repair. Each time, the next day, my was repair was complete.

Terry Dickens / owner is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job repairing my Equator all in one washer dryer. I had bought a service contract from Lowe’s but they had no one to service it in the area. I would highly recommend calling them to fix any appliance you have and definitely get surge protectors for all your appliances. He cares about the quality of work he does and provides excellent service! He has 6 techs he has trained including his son and he stands behind his work.
