I called Sykes Control Systems today for the first time and spoke with Heath. I had an immediate problem. He was courteous, professional, and patient. He solved it with me over the phone. I immediately scheduled my Bi-Annual Service Contract with him. Sykes Control Systems is now our HVAC provider. I highly recommend Sykes Control Systems. Thanks Heath!
I can not say enough about Heath. He is kind, professional, and quick to respond. Our gas furnace went out this past weekend and he was honest about what needed to be done and incredibly thorough in finding the issue. As a result of the type of failure and the cold temperatures, Heath quickly replaced the system at a reasonable price. We are so thankful for Sykes Control Systems!
I can't reccomend this company enough. When I got home from work this morning (Thanksgiving) to find that we didn't have heat, I contacted Sykes. This gentleman promptly answered, arrived, diagnosed, and came up with a solution for the problem -- all at a reasonable price.
