This was the quickest and easiest eye appointment I’ve ever had! All of the staff were so friendly especially Sharitta, she helped me through my eye exam, answered all of my questions and made sure I left with the best deal possible. She was AMAZING!! So was the lady who checked me in I didn’t catch her name but she remembered my birthday from that morning when I made my appointment. The attention to detail and staff exceeded all expectations I had for a walk in appointment!!

I must say this was THEE best eyeglass appointments I’ve had in many many years! Went to the Burlington location with my husband and son. From the time we came in to the time we left, the Customer Service was outstanding! Everyone was very kind and attentive not just to my family but to others who came in as well. The glasses selection were very impressive and the option to get same day glasses is awesome. We got just what we came for & then some - great service, great glasses and a great experience! If you’re looking for too-notch service, go to this office! Thank you so much to the Burlington Team - Sydney, Toni, Sharita & Areonna! We will be back!
