Tony has been great to work with. I will admit it was hard to get in touch with the company at first. The phone number that says you can text it on their website did not get me a response when I texted or left a voicemail on it. I found an alternative number and that one worked. There was some back and forth on what we wanted, and Tony was wonderful in regrouping and accommodating. He was available by phone when I had questions and explained things well. He came and did an estimate quickly and took measurements, sending the quote right after. The work was also scheduled within a week after we accepted the quote, which was a nice surprise. The work looks great and my daughter loves the increased concrete space.

Communication has been lacking, and I was overcharged $300 for services since those services were not rendered. Tony is impossible to get in touch with and does not respond back. He makes promises about "gift cards for reviews" and then does not follow through. Their team did not call before they dug and ended up cutting my internet line. I will be reaching out to the Better business Bureau to work on getting my money back since Tony will not respond to me.
