Always clean. Always 2 at the desk and they are attentive. My first day in a gym since before Covid and thankfully it wasn't crowded. But I'm hoping i can keep up and get this going!

A great layout and very clean. I've always had a great experience at PF and plan to be a member for a long time. I've already been a member for about 5 years. A gym for everyone.

This facility is roughly 2 years old. So far I have witnessed great customer service from all staffing and a fairly clean and operational equipment available. I have consistently experienced a safety concern in two areas! One is with the overnight staffing of the facility. Only one person is responsible for the monitoring of members entering the facility. When pre occupied with other responsibilities, this allows non members to enter and use the facility undetected. The second concern is with the water temperature control at the showers. This has been going on from the very beginning of this facility being opened. The hot water takes a minimum of 10-12 minutes to just... read full review
