Heather is the BEST!!! She put alot of details I hadn’t even thought of into my most recent tattoo. I was almost speechless. (not common for me) It’s allllll about the details. 20/10 Will recommend and be back for my 3rd from her.

Heather is a good listener and a fantastic artist. After seeing her work about 10yrs ago, I knew I wanted a Harlow piece so she added a half sleeve of flowers and butterfly’s to the flower I already had on my shoulder. Have had sooo any compliments on it. Then I became a grandma and decided the rest of my sleeve would be a garden of my grandchildren’s birth flowers in their birthstone colors. I have received an incredible number of compliments on Heathers work. I also added a sassy owl in memory of my mom. Heather Harlow never disappoints. I never want ink from anyone else. Thanks for the awesome art💚

I have gotten a couple tattoos now from Divine Moment and I recommend them to everyone I know! I have an awesome oiece scheduled for July 5th that I cannot wait for! the artists are fantastic and the place is great. Hayden did my ghost tattoo and Donovan did my nordic tattoo. Worth visiting and setting something up! They are flexible, willing to work with you, and all do phenomenal original pieces. check out their work before giving them a stencil!
