“I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Wright when he cleaned and shampooed the interior carpets of my car. I called him the day before asking if he had availability (I had a very limited time window), and he immediately fit me into his schedule knowing that I was on a tight deadline since I was leaving town soon. The next morning, he completed the shampooing service in a very short time, so I was able to make my next appointment later in the day. He answered all of my questions, and is a very kind man with a calm and trustworthy demeanor which was especially important to me.
