I made the appointment online, it was confirmed by email and text, and the day of the service, a reminder text was received early that day. The repairman showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, gave me a quote including the part information and I approved. Within days, the office staff called me to let me know the part was in, and asking for when we could schedule the repair. Each time, the next day, my was repair was complete.“
