The nicest people on the planet! My air conditioning went out, gave them a call. Squeezed me in next day. Right on time, did quick check and had it up and running. Labor is fair priced. Friendly and trustworthy!!!
We called Darrell Thompson about a Friedrich PTAC unit that stopped cooling in our home. We were able to get an appointment within 3 days which is rare in the mountains. He arrived on time, serviced the PTAC and another Rheem unit we had, and spent time with us discussing options on adding an additional unit to our second floor. Darrell was very friendly, efficient, reasonable in pricing, and mostly, honest. We're back to cool in our home and look forward to hearing about the options to make our second floor more comfortable. We highly recommend Thompson Refrigeration.
