Bill was a super straightforward and honest person to work with. He knows everything about plumbing. He replaced our dryer vent, brought our kitchen sink up to code, replaced two toilets, and after multiple passes finally resolved the leaking drain issue in our master tub. He even let us have the last bit of caulk tube from his truck so we had the highest grade stuff for our DIY shower project later. He was responsive, helpful, super impressive penmanship, and best of all a nice guy.
