We had our first ever experience with Chasin Tails today and we are more than pleased!! I was so nervous dropping my baby off, but the staff at Chasin Tails was amazing from scheduling all the way to pickup!! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the wonderful lady who actually did the grooming, but she is amazing and truly has a gift when it comes to fur babies!! I called Monday and they were able to get me in on Tuesday, which was such a blessing!! Lance was super helpful with scheduling and checking in and out. They were very informative and didn’t seem bothered by my millions of questions. I’m so thankful I stumbled across this place!! The environment is awesome. We will be forever customers. Chasin Tails came out to my house today and groomed my border collie, Ziggy. She did an awesome job and spent a good amount of time on him. He had not been professionally groomed before and he was an extra bit…very profession and gave good advice for upcoming maintained and future care! Thank you!!! I know Ziggy feels much better!!!
I love Chasin Tails Doggie Spa! My Beagle, Lucy Mae, is high strung & can be a handful. But Chasin Tails knows how to handle her. Lucy Mae looks great & is always happy when I pick her up. I highly recommend Chasin Tails Doggie Spa!
