We contracted with Southern Quality to replace our roof and are so glad we did. Could not have asked for better customer service and communications. From the initial quote through to the final cleanup and inspection, it all went very smoothly. And the roof looks great!

I called SQC about a roof leak and they came out quickly. Christina, their rep who was very knowledgeable, walked the roof, found soft spots, noted that shingles were brittle, asked the age of roof (20 years) and recommended a new roof and brought down photos of areas of the roof that were weak or failing. Found light hail damage but not enough for an insurance claim.Very straightforward, comprehensive presentation. This was the 2nd company I called. I reached out to Southern Quality Roofing for repair work and a quote on a new roof. The response from this company was top notch. They responded within 24 hrs, quickly put me on the schedule, and sent out a knowledgeable rep who arrived on time. Jesse went right to work repairing our shingles that were dislodged. He thoroughly assessed the condition of our roof and answered my many questions with straight forward answers. This is a very professional company and I’m confident that we will use them in the future for our roof replacement.
