We've been using Pisgah Pest Control for years. When I call the company, I speak to Jessica or Bianca They are both very pleasant and professional. They both go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of ASAP, if you are having a problem that needs immediate action. My practitioner, Bitsey, arrives when she is supposed to, always pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. . She always explains what she will be doing in a very thorough and understandable way. Colter came out today. Not only was he cordial and friendly but with me, he was the same w/ the kids and the pets. He was efficient but quick at the same time which I appreciate because I work from home and these visits typically take longer than I want to with past companies. So this was a pleasant surprise. I was also thrilled to learn that he is going to continue to be my technician and I will have a familiar face with every visit. Colter, you set the bar HIGH…!!! I have high expectations now!! Lol
