Nancy Kern was wonderful. She had to do a lot of ground work but was very through.My only complaint is the Looking Glass website. It focuses more on their company and realtor pictures. One has to dig a bit to find their listing.

Jeff Baucom is the exact realtor we needed and honestly can't imagine having gone through all of this without him. He was patient with us over our search for the last ~2 years all the way through finally closing on our first home last week. He was never pushy, always supportive, grounded, and just overall felt like a wise friend helping walk us through the craziness that is home buying. He has also told us multiple times that our relationship does not end at closing and will be there to support us as much as we need until we feel comfortable and settled in our new home. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Thank you Jeff!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Reba Osbourne. Reba was on top of every detail of our search and of our purchase. She gave us great advice on the properties we visited and treated us as friends. We just closed on our house yesterday, Feb 15th and we are so pleased with Reba that we unconditionally recommend her for anyone wanting to buy or sell. You will be very pleased!
