My real estate agent lied to us numerous times about our closing date. She did not communicate effectively and would not follow up on actions. I felt like she was working for the Buyer not us, the Seller. I complained to the Broker and nothing changed.

Kathy Viscoe, our realtor, was the single most important aspect of our search for a new home. She listened carefully to our criteria and showed us homes that fit the bill without wasting our time. Since we lived 45 minutes away Kathy would preview homes that came on the market, usually within 24 hours, to make sure we didn’t miss any opportunities or waste a trip to see something that was not a good fit. Right now this is a tight market and she was very patient with us, adjusting her schedule to ours. She paid attention to the details we weren’t even aware of and her knowledge of this community and the neighborhoods helped us feel confident we made a wise decision to buy where we did.
