Cannot say enough good things about CCH! On-time and on-budget during our 2022-2023 build. Nearly 1 year to the day from breaking ground to move-in ready. That they did it during supply chain disruptions and labor shortages that seemed to hamper other building projects is a testament to their project management. Richard, Karen and Jerry were super-responsive and easy to work with. Very communicative and on top of things - which was especially appreciated as we were living 900 miles away during the build.
