Mark Keadle was able to quickly diagnose and fix a challenging issue with our heat pump. He was meticulous in his approach to problem solving while communicating effectively with us during the process. We are so grateful that Blue Ridge Heating is our service provider and that Mark is part of the team. Kudos!!

Replaced our dying heat pump with mini splits. We cannot say enough good things about our installation yesterday. They came in and did exactly as promised, and they cleaned up. The four gentlemen who did the installation were Levi, Andy, Paghten, and James, who were all very friendly and helpful. There were others involved, but I didn't meet them. They were professional and enthusiastic about the mini split system. We would do business with Blue Ridge Heating and Air again in a heartbeat, and we'll know we're in good hands when they have to come back for any problems. So far we're happy with the new system, too.
