The company I work for in Fletcher had an A/C failure last year, and Anderson was the only company who could send an estimator out within 24 hours. Not only did they come in lower than the other bids, but their installation was prompt, and could not have been nicer. They are just a family-friendly kind of business, and their follow-up is great! I highly recommend Anderson.
Technician came and made a quick diagnostic decision on my ac unit. This was Wednesday. Part came in on Friday at 4:30 ish. Didn't install until Sunday at noon. All good things to say... but we struggled for communication. All in all I'm happy.
