“After contacting Homeserve Insurance who selected Spangler for the inspection, Carl and his crew did a thorough search to find a suspected water leak on our property or in the house. When nothing was found to account for higher than normal water bills, Carl recommended a pressure tank to be installed on water heater and a pressure relief valve to be installed on the main line. These improvements seem to have taken care of the problem. Everything Carl did was explained completely and clearly. Although our insurance did not cover work to the interior of the house, it was worth it to have a professional job done at our expense.
