“If you ever needed a help on AC & Heating, Forest City is your choice, especially in an emergency situation. My upper stair heat pump broken a week ago, just as we started our 90+ degree. Jim Toney stopped by next morning on Sunday and I had units putting in and working on following Wednesday. There was some minor issue, but Jim sent tech back right way and fixed.
A week later, I am cool and happy. Supper efficient!!!
Not only that, I was expected to be charged w premium price because it is a last minute call. NO! Actually I had a quote from another big AC company 18 months ago. With the same price I paid, I got Trane 2 stages, variable speed exchange, instead of York single stage.
