“My Mom wanted to have me go with her so she set an appointment for both of us. I don't trust going to just any Salon. My Mom has been here a few times before so she liked how she did her hair before. The owner has been doing hair for 25+ years. She was very nice, attentive and took her time giving us both Perms. I have done my own hair for years but decided to go for it. She did a very nice job for us both. Nice salon, and she has good prices. Check her out if you have never been there. Make sure to call and make an appointment since she is the only one there.. Also make sure you have cash, she don't have the ability to do credit cards.“

“My daughter and I got treated to a pedicure here yesterday and it was such a great experience. My grandmother went here for her weekly permanent with Kay, the owner. Kay is such a wonderful lady whom I've always equated with Dolly Parton' s 'Truvy' from the movie Steel Magnolias. This business has been in Rutherfordton for over 50 years and it definately feels like that classic nostalgic beauty shop that has weathered through generations!
