Water Heater Installation Repair in Boone

“I called Miller Plumbing to have the water pressure regulator valve replaced in our condo. Mr. Fred Miller impressed me with his knowledge, experience and his professional manner over the phone. We had had an issue with the water pressure for a long time. I was told by other unit owners that their regulator valve was underground between the street and the foundation of the condo. Miller Plumbing sent a plumber to find the valve to replace it. A worker dug for two days and found nothing but an empty box deep underground, BUT he didn’t give up. Eventually, he discovered the valve was in the wall. It had been placed behind the wall in the kitchen pantry, and he had to cut a hole in the wall to get to it. Mr. Miller kept me informed of the work progress by calling me and by text. With my permission and blessing they moved that valve to its proper place underground and also put a new water shut off valve so we could shut off the water to our condo without going in the manhole near the street. The work was done in a very timely manner and I felt his fee was reasonable for the amount of work involved. The water pressure in our home is 20 times better!!!!
