Called about air conditioning problem, explained we were from Florida and only here for one day Jordan got us in next day! Great place, very honest cannot say enough good things about this place. Jordan was WONDERFUL!!

Had an issue with our Toyota Highlander while on vacation this week. Went to the Toyota Dealership in Boone and was turned away. They did at least recommend SRS Auto and Tire. Our vehicle was in trouble by then. They were very busy but a nice young man came out to try and help us. He diagnosed the problem and was then able to fix the problem. Such a relief. I would highly recommend them if you need assistance while in Boone.

Took my car here with a list of things I wanted checked out before a big trip. It was so great to be able to make an appointment, and the waiting area is clean and comfy. The guys are friendly, professional, and very kindly didn’t charge me for their time since I didn’t end up needing any work done. Will definitely be going back here!
