We knew it was going to be a tough sell – really big house, tough market, and we don’t live in North Carolina. My mom passed away in June 2023 and we knew we’d be selling her Blowing Rock house. I knew of Leslie’s reputation and success rate, so I had contacted her before this to ask her if she’d consider selling this house when the time came. Happily she said yes! Professional, thorough, and friendly, Leslie stayed on top of our listing from our initial contact up to and after closing. She provided great suggestions and guidance for pricing, listing, showing, and negotiations.
