He tried to help me as much as possible over the phone but ended up needing to make a house call the following morning. His response time and availability was quick. The day prior I had an awful experience with a local "big" company and did not feel right with what they were recommending. “These guys were lifesavers. I have a big Monitor kerosene heater, permanent install with an outside tank. This model is no longer made, and there's nobody where I live that knows anything about them. Not only do they carry spare parts, but I was able to talk to a friendly technician who was very familiar with the model, who gave me some invaluable tips. And they shipped very quickly.
