“I had back surgery a few years ago on a herniated disc, and I have been going to Marathon ever since. I do an hour of therapeutic massage with Ryan and an adjustment with the other Ryan once a month, and I can tell a huge difference. I have so much less sciatica pain, and these visits help hold me accountable. When I go camping or do yard work, I think about having to tell Ryan about how I did or didn't support my lower back, and it almost always helps to remind myself to put on a brace, bend with my legs, and take stretch breaks. Oh yeah, and the front desk is always helpful and kind! I could not recommend this place more!“
