We highly recommend 828 Real Estate. It was an excellent and personal experience working with Sarah Long on finding our new home. She is passionate and knowledgeable about the area and the market. We resided several hours from the area making viewing days critical. She was always on the ball with showings and even went the extra mile to work in a last minute property one weekend. We worked with Sarah as a buyer’s agent and she is just amazing. Her love of and knowledge of the Boone, Blowing Rock area is unsurpassed by anyone else. She helped us find and purchase our dream mountain home and her attention to detail is so impressive. We lived out of state and she setup appointments and met all of the inspectors at the property and advised us on all items needed to get to the closing table.
