I had Arbor Zen install oak flooring throughout my home. They did an outstanding job. They worked with us throughout the entire project. At the completion of the project the floors looked amazing. Everything was professional done and on schedule. Their installers were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
Tyler and his team did an outstanding job repairing our water damaged flooring. It looks amazing! They were on time and professional as well as courteous. They even finished a bit sooner than anticipated. It is impossible to tell which was replaced and what was existing.
They also took care so as not to damage base boards and cabinetry. They did their best to minimize residual dust. I would definitely would recommend them.
My wife and I renovated a house in Black Mountain that had no hardwood floors under its outdated wall to wall carpeting, only particle board. We went to Arbor Zen to purchase 1,200 square feet of select white oak flooring. AZ was able to source us some upgraded rift and quarter sawn 3" flooring in random lengths for our house. Our contractor installed it and AZ's crew followed with a finish sanding, light stain and polyurethane. The results are spectacular and the pictures don't do it justice. Tyler Gallagher and the rest of the AZ crew were responsive, friendly and just great to work with. We highly recommend AZ for your flooring needs.
