Contacted Mr. Pickett for a A/C repair need. His contact was given by a friend that had had work done by him prior. Came with a strong recommendation and he did not disappoint when troubleshooting my problem. Discovered the problem and has parts on order that he will return with and finish his work. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Glad my friend referred him. Top notch!
Jeremy and a technician helper showed up bright and early Monday morning and quickly ran our problem down. He gave us a couple options for repair and problem resolution. He then did a temporary fix until the parts for the permanent fix arrive next week. Very much appreciated the Professionalism displayed by the Pickett's Heating and Air Service!
