No doubt one of the best companies we have worked with for our home! They came and did an estimate and were so professional, knowledgeable, and wise about what to do with our tree removal service. A tree had died that was directly next to our house causing a safety hazard and they came out to remove it. Within an hour and a half the tree was cut down and removed with no issues whatsoever. I cannot stress enough how AMAZING this business is. The owners are beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. They came out from day 1 and knew exactly what to do with a tree that had died directly behind our house. It was only about 5 feet away from our bedroom and they got it done in about 2 hours time with no issues. Their pricing was very reasonable. We looked around and they are by far the best out in Jacksonville and the Eastern NC area for tree removal! Don’t waste your time, go straight to East coast emergency response service! I initially called this company to give me a quote on demolishing and removing a shed and all its contents. I'm so glad that I called them and found out that they also remove trees. They removed two trees for me (very large trees), trimmed some other trees removed my shed and all the contents and put it at the front yard to be picked up by the city. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job of cleaning up. They all worked together very well and were all very polite and professional.
