Cannot recommend K&W Service and Repair more! We initially reached out to them last winter based on a referral from a friend when our heating went out. They were able to come by quickly, despite high demand during the extreme cold front, and stayed late into the day to ensure we had a working heater. They came back to ensure the problem was fully addresse and worked hard to find a repair instead of telling us we needed a high cost replacement. We then signed onto a service contract with them which gives us peace of mind that as we go into the summer and winter we have working units. Highly recommend K&W !! Great communication, they greatly helped us out in an emergency situation. We have since had them to do cleaning and maintenance on our AC units and they did a great job! My AC was not working properly with this 95 degrees weather. I called at 11a, even though their schedules were fully booked, they found time to fit me in within the next few hours. I don't how they did it but they DID IT! Thank you so much to K & W Services and Repair for taking care of us SO QUICKLY. AMAZINGLY AWESOME! 5 STARS is not enough to rate the A+...
