my daughter moved into new place in Charlotte and HVac didn't seem like it was cooling efficiently. Called Josh and he got us on schedule and tech came within hours. Turns out builder put undersized unit in for her size condo. Technician spoke to me on phone and explained everything that concerned us without trying to sell us something we didn't need. He gave several suggestions on how to maximize cooling efficiency with regards to all aspects of her building and location. Steve Davis Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new system for us in 2012, has serviced it twice a year ever since, and we have had excellent service every time. Highly recommend!!
